Globally there are about 200,000 births per day, about 74 million per year. There are slightly more male births than female births (about 105-107 male births for every 100 female births). So that would work out to about 105,000-107,000 boys born into the world each day.

dont know. but 55% are boys and 45% are gals. this is what i know.
