Mexico for sure, but remmember hispanic are descendant from Spain, so they are found elsewhere than México, the same way United Stadians are Great Britan decendents and G.B. colonized other countries like Australia, N.Zeland, etc

about 11-15 percent of the US, or 33 to 45 million.
Mexico has at least 85 million (probably closer to 100 by now), basically all Latino.

uuhhh ok. Mexico duh, what do you think? And also, hispanic means you are from Puerto Rico, Cuba, South America, etc. not just Mexico.
