Look...Maybe is better to stay out for this game,it will be more important matches in the future and if you play this and your injury goes worst maybe you won't play more important matches...

I do not know your coach but once my coach has made his mind there is no changing that. I would say show him the foot show the swelling has gone away and let him test it for pain, but he probably won't. Mine would choose to not risk me so I do not miss the rest of the season. Find some physician to give you the go ahead but I think he won't change his mind whatever you do.

Yeah...no matter how important it is.....the coach will always think what's best for you.....yeah it hurts not to play in d match........but sprains can lead to serious injuries.....like it cud become serious n then u'd be stalled for longer time like for many weeks n stuff....

just cause you think youre ok doesnt mean you are. your coach knows better than you....you need to let your ankle rest or you might regret it later. your health is more important than a match.

um why do the two above people have the same answer?? wtf. hahaa.

umm.. i dont think you should play after spraining an ankle..
but how is it important? is it like.. scouting or something?
just really get your legs massaged, talk to him and assure him you'll be fine. he's probably trying to protect you from getting seriously injured. even sprains can lead to serious injuries.
