Yes you can still use tampons. The great thing about IUDs is that they protect you from pregnancy with little or no side effects or effort. The strings are not a problem the only way you can feel them is when you do self checks after your period to make sure it is still there. Sometimes I forget that I have one. I would recommend this type of BCto anyone in a committed relationship.

It may seem to be a bit crowded in there, but yes, you can. The IUD goes higher up than the tampon. The strings of the IUD may or may not be felt, but most likely will not detract from the sexual experience.

Yes you can still use tampons........it is recommended you don't use the disposable menstrual cups.

My husband has never felt my strings during sex but there are women on here that say their partners have felt them.

The IUD will not be noticed by anyone....or interfere with anything.....
