Nobody asked about whether or not the asker should "loose weight," which I assume meant to -lose- weight. If he didn't ask about losing weight, then it's not necessary to change the subject, especially if the answerer in question can't spell it.
About the original question, it depends on your actual size as well as height. From my experience, you might want to stay away from trucks like the Ford Explorer, because the belt is kind of short. I drive a Hyundai Elantra, and I'm both short and overweight = more belt length is necessary. I fit into small cars with no problem.
If you're tall, go for a larger-sized car, like a Monte Carlo or something along those lines. Belt length will probably be less of an issue.
Ultimately, it's not just weight, it's also height. You want to find something where you can touch the pedals and not feel cramped, and at the same time, able to buckle the belt comfortably.

It depends on what style you like. If you want to go Domestic, Then I would recommend either a Ford Explorer ( year 96 & up ), Ford Escort ( more belt length), Mercury Sable ( 99 & up ) and a few other ones I can't think of. However, if you want to go Foreign, I would definitely recommend a Toyota Camry or Corolla ( I'd go w/ the Camry b/c it's a better car ), or a Toyota Highlander. Just like marina breeze said, it depends on your height also.

A minivan like the Mercury Villager would be the best. The doors are longer and easier to get into. I was there once until I lost weight. Now I drive an Intrepid. Hope this helps.

Go for a full size car, since you are a full size person. Like a Ford Crown Vic or a Lincoln Town car. Either one will have a good amount of interior room, plenty of trunk room and have a good looking appearance.
