nope, the most they can ask for is a note from the doctor to verify that you were under DR care during your time off, the note need not say what you saw the doctor for, and they cannot ask...

If it is for reimbursement as the person below says, then you give the receipts to the workers comp insurance rep, not your company.

Any you never have to show the receipts for justification for your time off, just a note from the dr sayign you were under his/her care.

If the company is paying your medical bills, yes, they do.

If the company is just trying to verify that you were at the doctor's instead of fishing, no. All that is need is a note from the doctor.
