Can someone please help me with my psp problem?

when i try to hook my psp up to my computer and put music on it a bubble comes up and says that my USB device is not recognized. then i click on the bubble and it takes me to USB Root Hub (4 ports). Then i click on unknown device and in the device status box it says ''no drivers are installed for this device" can somebody please help me

and i alredy know how to set my psp to USB mode

You have to set your psp to usb mode.

It's in the menu on the far left of your psp menu screen.
