The tank got cleaned a few days ago and after that they developed these tiny black stripes on their fins and one of them has it on its mouth. They dont look ill and ive been feeding them twice a day. These are my 9yr old sisters first pets, and i dont know a thing about goldfishes. could someone help me out please, cause im worried about these two fishes!!..Thanks.

A change to black coloration usually means it's healing from an ammonia burn. This is actually a good sign, since ammonia is toxic to fish. There was probably a buildup of ammonia in his tank, and when you cleaned it/did a water change, the healing began. You might want to change the water a little sooner next time - see info in the link below:
