Like everyone else said it depends on the city and how far. You may want to call around. Most tower's are competitive in a big city. The one I've used before is $20/per 8miles and I live in Houston. They can range from cheap to drasticly expensive. Make sure to ask if there are other fees besides the milage fees...

well first they are going to charge you for a "hook up fee" which will run from $60-$90 and then on top of that they will want like $2-$3 a mile after that. Getting a car towed is not cheap i would be sure to call at least 2-3 different people to get the best price

i own a shop and the price does vary from one wrecker company to another ,the usual price is around 45-65 bucks, and this is in the city,if they go out of the city or what they call their boundary line it usually adds another 25 bucks to the price of it,there's no one to help regulate this so they can charge what they want to in most cases, good luck with it hope this helps.
