The only country that I can think of that meets most of the standards you listed is Japan. Japan is very much like the U.S. in terms of the economy, jobs, and income for people. I know that Japan is strict on people that commit crimes, so robberies won't be a big deal. In Japan the government pays for healthcare, so you won't have to worry about doctor bills. On the east coast of Japan, the weather is mild and warm as well. War isn't a problem in Japan either. The only time I remember Japan being at war with someone else is WWII.

Id have to say somewhere like Fiji or Samoa or another of the South Sea Islands. Great weather, tropical climate, no politics to speak of. Everyone lives in Bamboo huts on the beach. No burglars but you will find the odd Kimodo Dragon (or similar) in your living room from time to time

The answer in my mind is still the good old USA. While it is true that storms and violence plague some regions there are still areas that are vitually crime free and open to diversity. I live in central PA and there are times when I do not even lock the door to my house. People greet their neighbors here and we help each other. The weather is fairly mild here. We get the four seasons but few very severe storms.

So do a little research and you will find that there are places in the US that are very desirable to live.

I think Singapore is one of the safest, cleanest, temperate and pleasant countries on earth. Unemployment is virtually nil, the crime rate is modest because the punishment is usually severe, it is almost always above 20 degrees there and nearly every Singaporean can afford to have their own place to live thanks to generous government assistance. Add to that the diversity of the population, the friendliness of the locals, world class education, helathcare, infrastructure, shopping, culture and sightseeing. Oh, and you won't find anywhere in the world thats better for food. If its paradise that you want, this is as close as it gets.
