Why doesn't glue stick to the inside of the bottle?

good question! maybe something to do with the lack of oxygen inside the bottle.

Some glues do stick, but only in the form of a light residue.

Because it's not dry. It sure does stick to the inside of the bottle if you leave the cap off........
