Juju,

Hello. The only way to shorten the amount of days (and the amount of blood) is ocp's (birth control pills). The pill also helps with cramps (mittleshmirtz). Before starting any meds (including herbal!) I would consult a physician. Only they can tell you what is right for you...you don't want to make it worse!
Good luck!

Blessed with a Husband & YOUR First CHILD of r Blood!
Please don't take my responce harshly it's a Fact!

ask your doctor about Yaz. it is a birth control pill that has 24 pills instead of the usual 21. so, after a few months, you start having periods that are really light and about only 3-4 days. if you do not want to take birth control, then i dont think there is anyhting right now that can help you.
good luck

i have helped 4 different women with this.

2 herbs.

Black Cohosh, and
Mandrake root.

you probably need to buy them online mandrake is hard to find.
Mandrake CAN be dangerous IF you take too much.
you should take about 1/4 teaspoon and see how it works, if thats not strong enough, take 1/2 teaspoon.

do NOT take mandrake if you are pregnant

Ive had several women thank me.

I don't think that there is anything you can do. Your period lasts anywhere from 5 to 7 days.
