Battlefield 2 expansion pack?

In Battlefield 2 for the PC, if I get the special forces expansion pack and install it, can I still play with my friend with my friend who only has the original Battlefield 2 (without the expansion pack)?

Yes, but you will only be able to play the original battlefield 2 with your friend.

i recommend contacting EA about the problem if it presists then contact where you got the games from and ask for a refund or a new copy

yes, but you have to insert the BF2 disc and select BF2 not BF2: SF
ps: this game is awesome
