We would be calling our daughter Lillie if we name her Lillian or Lilliana

I love Lilian Bella. My daughters name is Hannah Isabella, and we call her Bell or Bella all the time. Our oldest, Drew Alexander (he was just shy of 3 when she was born) started calling her Hannahbella. We pretty much call her by her middle name more than her first. Our 18 month old (Luke Nathanael) was going to be Liliana Grace if he were a girl. Seems like we have similar taste in names! Maybe that makes me partial, but I think your kids names are beautiful as well as being meaningful to you family. I don't think you could make a bad choice!
Lilliana Belle is a close second...

Out of the 4 I would go with Isabella Skye. Closely following is Lilliana Belle, then Ella Skye, and Finally....way back is Lillian Bella.
