look in your owners manual if you have one and if you don't check with a dealer of whatever type of vehicle you have.

Check the fuse box cover. Most manufacturers have the fuse locations stamped into the cover to help identify the correct fuse. the owners manual should also have a diagram of the fuse location.

The fuse panel usually has the diagram of which juse goes where. If your fan just runs on high and not on low or medium then it is the resistor

it is narked heater blower on the fuse pannel

usually the one that says htr, or like the other guy said...open your owners manual, it has a section on fuses...

The one next to the red wire-NOT THE RED WIRE....I meant the yellow wire.
By the way, without more information no one ( I mean no one) knows what you are talking about.
