well in the 80's there were alota bands who did that look namely:
Motley Crue
Faster Pussycat
KISS
Ratt
Cinderella
Poison
Twister Sister
Quiet Riot
New Kids on the Block
these days it's kinda obvious in bands like Green Day and My Chemical Romance and in more then 1 video i'm willing to bet the BackStreet Boys have worn guyliner

Um, Motley Crue and Poison and Ratt and Cinderella wore eyeliner. And pretty much any other band from the 80s. But I don't think they wear it anymore. Ozzy Osbourne and Alice Cooper wore eyeliner too.
