Well, I wouldn't recommend Verizon to any customers because for any cool phone, Verizon replaces the interface that is slower and more battery consuming by at least 3 times compared to Sprint and they disable basic features on the phone to force customers to subscribe to VCast so features like Bluetooth FTP are not functional on Verizon compared to all other providers. So no matter what phone you have from Verizon it is always have the same boring user interface. If Verizon is the only option then I would say the LG Chocolate is the coolest phone for Verizon users but you still get a boring interface and still wont be able to exchange files from your computer or another phone.
