If you are able to move your arm, and wrist and you are not bleeding then your arm and wrist are not broken.
You may have a strain, or a sprain. A strain is a stretch or tear in the muscles, and a sprain is a strech or tear in the ligaments.
What you can do is apply an ice pack, or massage the area with ice for 20 minutes ever hour for four hours. You can also use heat after 48 hours. Use local heat for 10 minutes, 3 times a day.
You can take an acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain. Follow directions, and ask you mom before getting them.
You may need to go to the doctor if the pain becomes really severe, if it doesn't improve after 3 days, or the pain last for more than 2 week.

You fell off the trampoline i know how much that hurts in my 25 years of life i have done a lot of damage to my body. But as a mother one of the things we look at is if it is discolored any where such as bruising, redness things of that nature. I can tell you is complain ALOT of the Pain and she might just get sick of you and take you to the hospital if you have to cry even but take some pain medicine first and if that doesn't work for the pain and complain alot cause then it is probably a little more than just a bruise or tell your father.

Wrap your hand/wrist up in an ace bandage, if you can move it it's not broken! Try using ice to reduce swelling. IBU profen for the pain. (anti-inflamatory) It's gonna hurt for a while. Try not to use or move it too much. For pete sake's don't turn it to the right if it hurts!! You more than likey hyper or hypo extended it, or sprained it. A doc can't do anything for you, except what I have all ready told you here.

Your beautiful younger for a fundamental situation check out taking a few advil, soaking in a sizzling bathtub, and resting for an afternoon or so, and do not attempt to carry whatever, if it nonetheless hurts I could see a medical professional

any fall that results in injury needs medical treatment and as u suggest the injured area may well be broken or fractured. i found out the hard way through my son that a hospital visit is always the wise thing to do. he fell and flipped over to stop himself landing on his back but slammed his hand on a drain cover hence to say he broke his thumb and was in plaster cast over the christmas holidays

Soak a bandage in cold water, wring it out and wrap it around your wrist. Or, put a bag of frozen peas on it. If it's swollen or still hurts tomorrow, ask your mom to take you to hospital, or you could see the nurse at school.

Can you move it? If you can, it is not broken. However, you may have sprained the muscle. Try not to move it and go find some tylenol or advil and take 3 pills for the pain. Why won't your mom take you?

is it swollen?
well you didnt give much info but to me it sounds like you sprained your wrist.
Protect it
Rest it
Ice it (20min every hour)
Compress it (with an ace bandage wrap)
Elevate it to reduce swelling.
take pain medication like advil. and just rest it. dont use it for anything. if conditions dont improve in 3 days go to a doctor. yell and scream your lungs out to your mom until she takes you. if she still doesnt talk to one of your friends moms or another family member (grandma, aunt, etc.)
(my mom is the same way)
