liable if the employee was posting this on company time and Y/A supervisors were or should have been aware of said posts?

Delray, you just never know. One of these users posting these types of remarks claimed to be a Yahoo employee.

Yes they would. If it were posted on one of their company owned ones you bet they would. Yahoo! should not allow their own employees to violate the Community Guidelines.

That's quite a scenario. Yahoo would never tolerate such from an employee, would it? Surely not. Bad for business.

I'll bet Yahoo is very unhappy about that person saying that, employee, or not.
