You're not going to.

You need some sort of middleware to query the table live via OLEDB/ODBC/whatever. ASP, PHP, JSP, CGI, whatever. But it has to be something. HTML / Javascript can't do that.

Other method is you generate the "snapshot" report and export the report to HTML. But then, that'd be static, and not dependent on the table any more.
