The correct description for the OE tire size on a Lancer OZ is "P195/60R15 87T". Specific brand of tire could vary as Goodyears, Yokohama's and Dunlops were variously fitted. You can of course use any brand you like.

According to factory specs:
P 195/60 TR15 Goodyear Eagle LS
That's with the factory OZ rims.
