why is it no one bother to celebrate his/ her english ancestry in America , for god sake , america is still an english speaking country .

Tartan day? What sort of fabricated celebration is that? I doubt you will find it in Scotland.

If you want to celebrate England, today, April 23, is the day to do it. It is St George's Day and the anniversary of both the birth and death of William Shakespeare.
