They're fairly inexpensive, so not particularly great or bad for your skin. (If you wash your face on a regular basis, I don't think it really matters.)
I would suggest some of the more expensive products simply because they include SPF, which means less wrinkles and sunspots in the long term.

cloggy pores will cause acne, look for it to say "non-commedogenic" on the tube or packaging some where, that means it wont clog pores, every product is different

It is only bad for your skin if you are alergic to it. If you need to wear make-up, and you have covergirl(which BTW, I like very much), I suggest testing it on a small patch of skin a few days before you plan to go out-go out...like at your jawline. That way, you can know for sure if it is good enough for you. HTH!

I don't think they're bad, but I use bare minerals. They are all natural unlike Cover Girl or most major makeup companies!

Well I think the tinted moisturiser is good.but only if you have dry to combination skin, not for oily skin.
