I have a male Betta fish and i don't know that much about it but anyways i looked at it a few minutes ago.

It was upside down at the top of the water with it's gills opening and closing.....

I thought it was dieing so i quicly changed him to another bowl with fresh water....

It's doing the same thing but this time it is not upside down but anyways i looked at closely and it has something really groose on iy's body. It looks like tiny lil hairs growing on it.

It's water has miny bubbles on the surface and it's water is like salaiva and real stick

can anyone tell me why???????

As for the hair part the fish has it in tail and it's body but not it's face or gills.
They are real thin white or pastel yellow color. They sway back and forth.

The betta may have made the bubbles himself - they build bubble nests where females lay the eggs. Even without a female around, some will still build the nest.

About the "hairs" you're seeing - can you describe these better? Are they all over, or just from the gill area? Is this gray/white and fuzzy, and if so how long? Or are they thicker than sewing thread? Or a color other than gray/white? Please post your answers here by using the pencil icon under your question to "add details".

sounds like it may be parasites...
do they look at all like this:

that's taken from bettatalk.com, btw.

adding salt tro your water prevents most parasites, and will help get rid of them. anyway, go to the pet store and get soemthing that treats parasites (some aquarium salt would be helpful too), more than just ich, this isn't ich. then do a full water change, replacing the water with treated water. treat as long as recommended.
