There're tons of products that are not sold in the US.
For cars, there're Fiat, Renault, Rover, Lada, Skoda, Proton, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, Daewoo, Daihatsu, Seat, MG, Perodua, Opel, TVR, Truimph, Ssangyong, Smart (coming soon)...etc
For things like consumer electronics, there're tons of high tech gadgets that are available in Japan, Asia and Europe that are not in the US. Including really cool high tech cell phones. Remember the days of the cassette walkman? While the US was having all these thick and bulky things, the rest of the world were having cool slim models from Sony & Aiwa. One particular model from Sony actually retracts to become smaller than the size of a cassette tape when stored!
For food items, there're of course many many brands that don't make it to the US or at least not the mainstream markets. Brands like Ribena, Kia (the drink, not the car), Yorkie, Bounty (chocolate bars), Milo (chocolate malt drink), Digestive (bisquits aka "cookies")...etc. There's also a soft drink called "Kickapoo".
Clothing there's Giordano, Bossini, Moschino...etc.
For wallets/purses, there's IXI:Z, Braun Buffel (which I like a lot)...etc
For electrical goods, you can find many universal voltage models in countries like Singapore that you cannot find in the US. Even TVs come in multi-system (compatible with both PAL & NTSC) that we don't get in the US.
For drugs, there're lots of over-the-counter brands not sold here too, a popular Paracetamol (aka acetaminophen) brand name is Panadol.
Pens/pencil stationary items, there's a very useful product called Blue-Tac. Also, A4 sized paper is the standard for many countries outside of the US, trying to find a ream of A4 sized paper in the US is like trying to find gold dust!
There're also many manufacturers that even though have products selling in the US, but US versions are different compared to the rest of the world.
An easy example are clothes sizes in the US are usually one or 2 sizes larger than the rest of the world. I'm talking about regular T-shirt size to even bra cup size!
Car engine sizes are also larger in the US for many models. An example is the Mazda 6 (V6). Mazda only makes a 4-cylinder 2.3 liter engine for the Mazda 6 for the rest of the world, so when this model came to the US, they had to put in a Ford-sourced V6 engine into the car. Some cars even have their standard "small" seats replaced with a "US-spec" larger sized seat in order to ensure good sales.

There are some manufacturers who don't export to North America. And, there are some products that are made especially for Europe's markets. The ones I've noticed most are things like clothing lines (Uniqlo from Japan for example) or food brands. I've also noticed several small cars that aren't sold in the US. Though that is changing now - I first saw the yaris in the UK and France, now it's being sold in the US.
