This is a question for a doctor. You don't necessarily get morning sickness when you are pregnant. You may have some kind of digestive problem that is preventing your period from coming like normal. It has been my experience that pregnancy tests are pretty accurate (and I've taken quite a few of those puppies). Either way, a trip to the doctor is in order.

A late period can happen for a lot of reasons, not just pregnancy. Weight loss, weight gain, illness, stress all can screw up your cycle. And hormones can be responsible for nausea and headaches. Stomach twitching could be ovulation. There are so many possibilities. Unless you want to spring for another pregnancy test to make sure, go to your OB/gyn, or to your local Planned Parenthood office and get a definitive answer.

You should probably make an appt with your OBGYN and get checked out. There are so many different possibilities. Sometimes it is possible to miss a period without being pregnant, stress can cause your period not to come, you are late so you may just be causing yourself to feel sick, & so many more reasons. You could also being pregnant but the test is not showing yet. Your OBGYN could do an exam.

See your local planned parenthood. They can let you know through a urine test (at no cost to you). That is the best way to know for sure. If it hasn't yet been two weeks, then wait a bit longer. If you don't want to be preganant they can go over methods with you on how to avoid it. There are always solutions. :) But the twitching sounds to me like your uterine walls trying to pull away, resulting in a LARGE period probably. So, either way, your body is trying to resist right now.

sounds like u could be pregnant but it might just be ur period because u know those 2 are similar but i had those kind of symptoms before i tested and my result came out possitive first time.
a would give it another week 2 do another test may be u dont haven enough hormonal level 2 show a possitive sign yet but if u still dont get ur period within a week a would call ur doctor and get see what he or she would have 2 say

Yes! That is a really good sign that you are pregnant. Not everyone has signs of pregnancy. I do have a girl friend who goes through similar issues... She has a hormonal imbalance. I would get it checked out either way. That is a long time not to have a steady period and not be pregnant!!!
Wish you the best of luck!

You could be about to have a very heavy and late period. I'd call the doctor to see what might be going on.
