can anyone help me to find out information on how i can swim or feed the otters, as im a big otter fan, please note im from the uk!

This reminds of that lady in California a while back that loved being with the seals so much that she'd go out and swim with the seals in the ocean in her black wet suit. A shark came and ate her.

Yes, yes you can. Though, that might be a bit dangerous, as otters do have teeth, and claws, and if disturbed, or feeling threatened, they can attack and hurt you. But for the most part, they're completely harmless. So, you can swim with the otters, but I would feel that it is highly unwise to do so. ^^
