Sure.
As long as you keep you CAT. installed.

These "cat-back" systems do NOT include catalytic converters.

if you are in California then ya it will pass. a muffler and catback are not a part of the smog inspection. on a newer(96+) car in CA you are required to have a CARB certified cat that is OBD2 compliant. for most cars these are only available from the dealer. magnaflow has some that are CARB certified, however they must be for your exact vehicle/engine.

That exhaust system is just cat back, as long as your cat converter is good and you oxygen sensors are good you should pass with that system.
