When I get up to 70 mph it makes a high pitch squeeling sound.

You Are Hurting It...lol...Sqeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaal..Probably Loose Belts,Check Them When Engine Is Off See If They Need Tightened

It's a KIA, that's why. Get a North American car. They don't squeal at 70 mph--they cruise. (and float lovely, too)

like most 4 cylinders, it probably doesn't want to go that fast. Every small engine vehicle I've ever owned only wants to go 65 max. When my cars got above that, they would make noises and shake.

Your husband is scared in the passenger seat?

It's probably air passing past a roof rack, front bumper, or other exterior body part.

Get behind a big-rig and see if it stops.
