Good Feet?

so i hear all the dancers talking about who has good feet and who doesn't what does it mean to have "good" feet

Good feet are the ones you have. Make then strong and you're all set. LOL. You aren't getting any other feet.

Your dance life is easier if your feet have a good arch. Also, for ballet en pointe, it is good if your toes are all the same length, or close to that. But relative toe length is unimportant for any other style.

for pointe dancers its good to have "squarer" toes that are about the same length

any dancer who has strong ankles, good arc/arch, and strong have good feet 4 dancing
BUT
if u dont have 1 of these dont get upset becuz feet come in different shapes and sizes and they r all perfect

well there really isnt anything like good feet, an arch really isnt important and neither is the length of your toes, my arch is pretty big but i know pros that have a really little arch, sometimes when i tell people they have bad feet i mean they have to left feet and dont know what it means to turn in or out,

i know that in ballet if you want to be en pointe you need to have the first three toes of about equal length or else it gets very hard.
because all the weight would be on one toe when you are en pointe. that is one thing it could mean. i'm not saying that's it.
it might just mean an ability to move feet well like in hip hop or something.

strong ones with good stretch. they also mean who can turn out which isn't really about your feet but how far you can rotate your hip.

i dont know maybe good foot cordination. so that when u dance u dont mess up or fall. you then have good feet! :P

they probably mean that ....they r beautiful in the sense they are maintained ...not too big or small ......broad or thin ....kinda like that !!
