i like hashbrowns, 2 eggs over uncomplicated, and a few in step with probability cottage cheese or some fruit. i attempt to dodge something acidic (like orange juice or sausage) interior the morning which will make my abdomen very disenchanted. that's many times why i don't consume breakfast in any respect.

I never used to eat breakfast - but these days I quite like a bacon sandwich and/or scrambled eggs.

A really bad for you Cracker Barrel meal, with grits and the hashbrown casserole............mmmmmmmmmmmm
On a low carb diet these days, today I had Instant Breakfast w/ no sugar and skim milk.......

Strawberries or blueberries or papaya or mango, bananas, fresh yogurt and a healthy sprinkling of granola on top.
Everything else just seems too heavy for me to start the day.
And before that, two glasses of water, one with lemon squeezed into it with my vitamins.

3 cakes of sausages, 2 stripes of bacons, 1 biscult & gravy, scramble eggs with cheese and, 1 big glass of cold milk.
