You can but you shouldn't. Albinos are African clawed frogs - these are tropical and need warmer water than what your goldfish will like. Also, African clawed frogs are predators that will grow to be about the size of a baseball. They'll eat anything that they can fit into their mouths - including your goldfish.
African dwarf frogs are also tropical, but they stay small. If your goldfish are big enough (and they'll grow) will more than likely pick on your frog.
If you'd really like a frog, it would really be better to get him his own tank.

Lots of people do. They will probably survive, but not thrive. They are not ideal tank mates, but I would say, yes you can, but realise that the frogs will probably not live quite as long as they would in a dedicated tank. Just make sure the goldfish dont get all the food, as is likely to happen - use pellets, I am sure there are some specifically for frogs.

Only if it's a frog that stays under water at all times. Did you buy this frog at a pet store submerged in a fish tank - if so, it will be fine with goldfish.
If at the pet store this frog had rocks etc it could climb on to get out of the water, then don't put it in a fish tank, it will die.

If the frog's mouth is big enough to fit around the goldfish, NO - unless you are trying to feed your frog...

Depends... If your room temp. is in the 70's then yes.
but be careful, if the frog can fit the fish in his mouth, he will eat it.
( they grow to about 5 inches )

Gold fish need tanks atleast 30gallons to thrive, so this "could" work with a larger sized tank with great filtration.
