When on earlies i have a bedside Alarm clock that goes off at 5.45am. In my music room My hi fi is set (MEGA LOUD) for 5.50 am, so when i hear my Alarm i have 5 mins to get to the hi fi to turn it off, this ultimately gets me out of bed as it would wake my
whole neighbourhood up!!! Some mornings i forget to turn the hi fi off and it goes off while i'm boiling the kettle, you wouldn't believe a man can fly up stairs so quickly particularly if AC DC are in the C.D. tray!!

I have to get up 4 days a week at 7.45 (ah the life of a student lol) I use my radio which has an alarm function. I like lying in bed for a bit and listening to music co usually I get up in a good mood then. I pretty much depend on it now. I used to be a morning person though but now I'm a night owl.

I have to get up at 4:30 am. I can wake up without the alarm clock, however, I may not actually get up without it. My wife, on the other hand, would not budge without that alarm clock.

I have 6 alarms - all on my phone. First one goes off at 6am, then the next one at 6.05am, then 6.06am (this really wakes me up, as just as I'm getting off to sleep again the alarm goes off), then 6.25, 6.35 and finally 6.50am which is a "get out of bed now alarm you're late!!" I do normally get up at around 6.20am. The first three alarms wake me up and I lie there for a bit thinking about it. But in case I do oversleep (and it often happens) I need the others as a back up.

I generally get up around 06.30am but do not use an alarm clock. I always wake at about 06.15am every day. Even, annoyingly enough, at weekends.

I've been trying to get up around 6:30 lately. I have to have 4 alarm clocks set or else I won't get up.. It's pretty sad.

woke up at 12.30, slept through my alarm which went off at 11am, slept through my mobile phone calling, slept cos I went to bed at 5.30 am and actually went to sleep closer to 6 am.

(I have insomnia)

Tomorrow I have to be up by 11am. May sound easy to you but to me it is a worry as I know my insomnia will yet again keep me awake until gone 5am. I have had insomnia since I was about 12. I am now 26. I am due to see someone at a sleep clinic 30th may (only 6 months on the waiting list in total!)

I do rely on my alarm clocks as some times ONE of them wakes me, other times are unlucky.
