I used to only enjoy reds. However, in Australia, I was exposed to their great unoaked chardonnays, and I took a more open-minded approach.
While I am still a fan of reds, I find that appreciating whites actually enhances what I enjoy about reds. Plus, who wants to sit in the summer heat and slurp a gigantic cabernet, or a super-dry malbec?
