Is there a scale?
when I am in an official capacity in a public forum for gay politics- i am a cool blue flame, HOT!
going dancing- a red/yellow/orange flame that is fun and easy to play with (not a sexual connotation).
working environment- embers that flare up at random.
I am all of these things and more ... and most definitely not defined by them.

Inside it shines bright, but it always is a glowing ember, whether I'm in public or not.

I shine brighter than the glow from the volcano Kilauea. I am bright enough to be seen from the space station!

I'm an ember that is gradually being stoked. That sounds dirty, but it's the best analogy I could come up with.

You know what? Being Bi isn't that important to me. It's what I do and how I think, but it's not that defining as to what I value. I guess I'm just saying that it's just there, like how tall I am, or how much I weigh, or the color of my skin.
