why is it still not healed after all this time

If it's bruised beneath the nail, it could be that the nail needs to be removed to relieve pressure. See your GP if you're concerned about it though.

Well a while back, I was driving a tractor at my grandma's house and I was trying to kill a spider that was on there and I accidentally kicked the wrong spot and now I have a blood blister on my toe and it won't go away. Ha

If it's black under the nail, then don't worry about it. It's just a blood blister and it will heal up in a while.
