One teacher didn't seem to mind. I was wearing deck shoes with no socks, and I always took them off in class. He didn't care.

In like first grade they didnt care. But once we got older we didnt even have breaktimes anyway. If we did take off our shoes and socks when we were older, yes, they got mad.
