54 x^2 + 57x -7 = 0
(9x - 1)(6x +7) = 0
x = 1/9 or -7/6

Subtract 7 from both sides:
54x^2+57x-7=0
(6x+7)(9x-1)=0
x=-7/6 and 1/9
