I just bought sunglasses with swarovski rhinestones in the sides and one fell out. to prevent this from happening further, is there anything i can coat the sides with that is not very thick and will not affect the shine of the rhinestones? some have said clear nail polish but that is too thick

Try acrylic art spray, just a quick spritz. But protect the rest of the glasses while you're doing it.

This works good not only with rhinestones, etc in jewlery or on clothing, but works great to prevent buttons from falling off. Apply a thin coat of clear fingernail polish. You cant see it but it holds beautifully!

Your best bet would probably be to pop out the rest of the rhinestones and glue them back in with superglue.

well, i was gonna say clear polish, but....well definately do not coat them with glue. i guess u just let them fall out, and try to glue them back in, but when it gets too bad, just buy a new pair w/ or without rhinestones of a different brand to see it they will be stronger.

Try Superglue,it should hold them very well.Put a touch on the bottom of your rhinestone and place it in.It should be fine after that.

There are stores that attach the rhinestones to your things...what about asking them.

it's just one rhinestone no big deal. or you can just take them back and say they came like this and they will either fix them or give you a new pair. I'm almost 99% sure of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
