it sure has. it started with reading "Natural cures they don't want you to know about" by Kevin Trudeau. back in 2005. i wanted to find out who the "they" we're and i did. so my view of the world has changed a lot, in how i view things, i always question what i see and read and i think about people's motives why would they say that? why would they do that? what do they have to gain? it's pretty easy to tell truth from fiction. does it makes sense? follow your original thoughts, your common sense and your instincts.

I hope so. With age I'm far more educated and "street wise", so my opinions should change with enlightenment.

But for the most part, it's improved. I'm learning not to panic from the naysayers, like the latest global warming kick, because I survived the previous naysayers that were on the pending Ice Age kick. I'm learning to be a healthy skeptic in place of being a rash reactionist to every idea flashed in the news.

The same applies to daily news, from which I'm inundated with the horror of my fellow man, and the evils of the world. With a little effort, one can unveil a plethora of good in this world in the forms of daily courtesy, charity, and civility.

And I've come to realize that traditional sources of information such as TV news is not impartial, has entertainment as a priority over information, and generally provides a bad snapshot of the world. As I've filtered these through common sense, I'm finding the world is far better than I used to think. I'm not saying there are no problems or injustices, but there are sure alot more plusses than minuses to the humanity of this world than I ever used to think existed.

My opinion and view of the world is changing all the time. It is a never ending process that continues throughout our entire life. Every little thing that has happened to me has changed something, sometimes miniscule things that don't even seem to matter right away, about the way I view the world. In our lives we never stop learning, and every time we learn something, we grow, in intelligence and in self, and our opinion of the world expands to include new ideas and ultimately changes.

Due to what, because of what, compared to what? Your question is very vague to say the least.
