Traditional bedtime is dictated by whether you are or are not nocturnal by nature and if you partner with cats or live in Nevada, USA, bedtime is a matter of endurance or diversion.
I converse with my UK M8's just before I retire as they are getting up as I am supposed to be pulling the comforter overhead. A cuppa English Breakfast tea by Twining's restores the faith across the pond as does good conversation. 12:30 a.m. a fortnight ago was when I got off work in the US.
