Your best bet would either be.....
1) Find out who made the cartoon, contact them, and find out if they're going to release it anytime soon in DVD format.
2) If it has been released, then try checking out Virgin Record Stores, or SunCoast Video or Blockbuster Video Stores.
3) Keep an eye out online - and I'm not sure, but wasn't the show spelled EEK! Extravaganza? Having just one word spelled wrong can mean the difference between finding something online or not.

For some reason I think that I saw an EEK! dvd collection at target . . . maybe it was just a rather vivid dream (I really liked that show too) brought on by the Darkwing Duck and TMNT dvds.
Did you try Amazon yet?
