I was in Germany with my 3 year old son visiting my grandmother a month ago.The food was good, the fries were a little soft and not as salty, and they don't put ice in there drinks. But the service was great. They take there jobs more serious than here. There uniforms are more cooler and they had kind of a little cafe in it almost like a Starbucks. It is a little bit more fancy.Cost also the same as here, and they do try to speak English for American visitors

Same exact corporate look and feel and outlets only slightly different menu. This is the same in all europeans conntries I have visited. Also, interestingly, some burgers are better value i.e. better quality of meat/fish or bigger portions. In most east european cities they will bring the food to your table and the staff are more polite.
