I would guess 16 cause thats the legal age to work,unless Chili's wants someone to work for them thats out of high school that has more flexible hours.By the way of what the second guy said,I am sure you can spell,unlike some dorks, most people on the internet don't give a crap about how we write words.

I would suspect 18, however I would also suggest we work on our spelling in order to be more marketable to an employer.
