For the most part, probably! LOL! I've never heard that saying but it's probably true. Check out the chatrooms or games room anywhere and all the guys with be HUGE and the women will all look like a mix of Paris Hilton, Pam Anderson and the like and the kids will be quite offensive and disturbing!

If your desire is to approach children for illegal or immoral purposes, then I hope to heaven that everyone you meet is an FBI agent.
What possible NON illegal purpose could you even have for Wanting to meet children on the Net?
