Absolutely not. Relationships are a part of life, first of all, not all of it. Life on hold is a strong statement.
This guy sounds like a total loser. Sweetheart he's a jerk and you need to avoid him. Sometimes we love people who are bad for us, but you are hurting no one but yourself. Forget about him, I'm serious. Go out and find someone who will love you for the sweet and adorable person you are, someone who will succeed with you in life instead of stagnate it.
And thank god this idiots going to jail for a year. You can forget about him and move on without worrying about seeing him in your town. By the time the year is up you'll be amazed at how much you've accomplished. Go girl! make me proud.

Do not put your life on hold!!!! Number one, if he ramed the car you were in he obviously did not care if he hurt you or not! He could have killed you. Honestly, do you really think this is love or does he want to control you. Sounds like he has major issues!! This really could not lead to anything good. In a year and a half you will be so far past the love thoughts of him that you will be glad he was forced away from you for this length of time. Also remember, he cheated on you this is the worst form of pain you can put someone through. It is a proven fact that someone that cheats will most likely cheat again, do you want to be on the receiving end of this again??

It sounds as if she likes the structure and is trying to do her part, but doesn't understand exactly what her part is. This is quite understandable; she's only 4. I suggest you take the time some day to explain the matter to her. Explain that when one person is in charge, the others have to follow along. The teachers are in charge, and sometimes they let a child be in charge of something, but the child still has to do what the teacher says. And it is all right to start your own reading circle during free time, but when the teacher is doing it, you have to listen to the teacher. Explain that she might make a mistake sometimes (everybody makes mistakes), but the teachers will tell her so she can learn. It's their job, and her job is to learn from them. Tell her that if she's not sure when it's okay for her to be in charge of something, she can ask the teacher. Tell her that a good leader also knows how to be a good follower.

When guys act out in the way that he did it shows a character flaw. and yes everyone has flaws but when it consists of the situation you were in it most likely isnt a flaw that can be fixed. If you waited on him and yall did get together something else would happen and next time it could be worse. Ive been in the same situation and i did wait for him and we got togther and believe me it got worse.
