To be honest it depends on the part you're auditioning for. My advice would be to look at the character you want, then look at other Andrew Lloyd Webber shows and similar characters and their songs. Try to find a song that conveys the same emotional struggle or characteristics as the part you want to play. You may find something perfect!

If you don't want to use a song from that musical itself, find one that fits your vocal range (so you don't have to strain), and one which touches you emotionally (so it comes across as genuine, not "acted"). And, do NOT over-sell the song by adding lots of trills and vocalizing to it. Just sing the song as it is written, but use your own musicality and emotionality to make it your own. Since "Cats" is a metaphoric fantasy musical, you could pick something with a similar theme, such as "Somewhere Over the Rainbow", or, from "The Sound of Music", either the title song or "Climb Every Mountain". Both are songs of hope for the future and of seeking your dream, just as is "Memory" sung by Grizzabella in "Cats". Good luck with your audition.
