My computer states that its an unsigned driver and won't recognise it. What can I do to make it work? Help??

try install it again and when it says that its an unsigned driver then click continue anyway button near the bottom

An unsigned driver means Microsoft have not yet tested the driver so remains unsigned, however you could still install the driver any way, see if works with your blue tooth dongle, choose to install anyway and ignore the warning.

Have you activated the dongle at both the computer and the other device, have you followed the installation instructions, have you rebooted you system. Try all of the above, all the best.

Bluetooth and XP can be tricky. Problem is that SP2 has a very basic bluetooth support that installs itself. You need to look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/840635, and perhaps http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?ForumId=8&TopicId=2200
As well remember to pair the dongle with the other device.

Go to the website of the bluetooth device and install the driver. I guess it does not recognize it because it does not proper driver or something. You can try to reinstall it again.
