It is about the length of the bear and neck size. Once you have these you can buy many patterns. Patterns will tell you the length size and neck size to match. There are many patterns listed in the craft sections of different pattern companies. Some will be very specific to fit this bear. Doll patterns, on the most part, do not match do to the neck size and allowance for the bears head. Although it could be altered, it will greatly effect the design you were after. Also many patterns are the same, except for trims, colors, and embellishments. Find a pattern that encourages multiple outfits in one package.

What height are their bears? There are lots of bear clothes patterns, you just have to know the height.
