i would have to say number one because welll i love the main themem of her songs and she loves to sing ever since sshe was little i think people need to give her props for that

Aly and AJ. they're the most talented.
Hilary duff has turned into a product. shes not all music anymore so you can't really call her a singer. and hannah montana just has to stay with disney channel. Aly and AJ have stepped out of that box.
